No, Obama is NOT lying by using the standard reporting of the unemployment rate....as all previous presidents used.
And there's no point to your argument because everyone, with a shred of intellectual honesty, knows that the 'real rate' moves is concert with the reported rate.
You 'call' a lot of things, but very little of what you call has anything to do with reality. Move on 'fake news' boy.
