All of what you wrote is purely hypothetical. Bill has said the buyback will occur throughout 2017 and the transfer of $TPAC's incorporation from NV to WY was to save about $10K in fees. Unlimited shares is part of WY's statutes, not what Bill intends to do. He is not obligated to add even one share. Of course, he could also add 100T shares but how would this affect the buyback?
You might wish to refer to Bills posts #'s 16366 and 16368.
