the ceo was in europe so imo it's a rental car fleet, trucking something along those lines that is using the app to lower their insurance. here are some snips from the nov press release:
the ceo used #FMS which to me says this is about FAMILY MOBIL SAFETY.
could easily see insurance co's liking apps like FMS since phone addiction is out of hand.
the chart is perfect for a rally with the rsi (reset) and the slow sto (oversold). if the co doesn't have debt being dumped into the buying pressure we could see a nice POP from onci.
