He/she was posting NYSE policy for stocks when in fact Castle Brands Inc (ROX) is actually a AMEX stock and trades on the NYSE MKT which has different continued listing requirements.
The NYSE MKT is the NYSE’s emerging company marketplace for smaller-cap companies. NYSE MKT has lower listing requirements than the NYSE. The links below provide the specific information about both.

One would think that an educated short would know the difference and not just a poor uneducated, uninformed, pickpocket, reprobate, but he/she continues to post inaccurate info and should be treated as such.
