Freedom of Speech? No -- I liken it to the old rule: You don't get to yell "FIRE" in a crowded theater when there is no fire and claim Freedom of Speech. You're guilty of creating panic and should be charged with it.
Most bashers have never even owned said-stock they knock. And I don't mind a "warning," but you're right -- normal dialogue and debate then is fine. But then move on if no one cares about the "warning."
