We all know about the dilution, the notes, conversions, etc. We've all said that's why we're trading where we are.
We're waiting for the dilution to be done. CEO has said that he won't be using convertible notes in the future (whether he can be trusted is a different issue)... but, there were new ones april through july and then they stopped (no new ones in August, at least).
If the Q that is due in January (just about a month from now) shows no new notes Sept-Nov. then we can be more confident that the notes are in fact done and we have dilution free sky's ahead.
The fundamentals are there... google image the street view and see all the trucks, look at the revs, just moved to a new bigger facility mid 2016, MCV acquisition hopefully completed soon, etc. There are good things cooking - we just need the dilution to actually be over first.
The major sell off was because the K didn't emphatically show all notes being done. However, considering that they are convertible after six months - I'd assume that most are (especially if you look at finna_make_gains posts)...
