I would imagine df was making up the numbers and he knew filings would show the truth. I believe he tried just couldnt get the job done. His rep and finances took a hit also. Unless the sec shuts it down this could prolly trade just as it is for another year. The decent thing hank should do is shut it down so anyone new doesnt waste their money
