OFF topic. Prurisol trial dosage amount.

I see 300mg and 400mg in P 2B, should Prurisol get FDA approval at these levels can ctix and/or partner run a new Phase 3 after approval ( I believe so) to see if Prurisol has more efficacy at 450mg...500mg...? What Phase # would this be (Phase 4??)?
