SISTEMA FINANCE S.A. HAS ANNOUNCED TO EXTEND THE OFFER PERIOD OF THE VOLUNTARY PUBLIC CASH TENDER OFFER FOR ALL SHARES IN HONKARAKENNE OYJ TO EXPIRE ON 19 JANUARY 2017
Sistema Finance S.A. has announced to extend the offer period of the voluntary public cash tender offer for all shares in Honkarakenne Oyj to expire on 19 January 2017 at 4:00 p.m. (Finnish time).
In addition Sistema Finance S.A. has announced that on 12 December 2016, it received clearance from the antimonopoly authorities of the Russian Federation in respect of the transaction contemplated in the tender offer
