Yes... a settlement can happen at any time...settl

You kno what else can happen at any minute? A dismissal without prejudice.
A dismissal without prejudice is where both all parties walk away and lick their own legal fee wounds.
A dismissal with prejudice could happens, where one party is found to have caused the legal fees or other costs and is ordered to pay those amounts BUT those amounts can be far less than what any initial suit settlement prospects were.
It's seems a whole lot of people have assigned a value to the settlement as if it's guaranteed to run in SFOR's favor...it's not guaranteed...far from it. ANYONE who suggests it's guaranteed is misleading themselves and others.
I believe that the reason SFOR is dropping, daily, is because we are months away from an 8k, there's no definitive date on a settlement, there have been ZERO press releases about these big licensing deals that Kay keeps telling certain investors are "coming soon and they're big".
I for one won't buy one more share of strikeforce until there is an 8k or a press release with good news.
Does that mean I'll chase it higher?
Maybe. Maybe not. I'm pretty quick on the draw, so if news comes I'll grab it on it's way up.
But at least I won't be like some suckers who are riding this thing down day after day.
Let's face it. SFOR isn't worth $0.0035. Anyone buying at these prices could see 50% losses as this thing slow bleeds into the teens.
