You wanna see how corrupt US is. They get fined for mere $105K and do they same crap all over again to many small companies/destroy many small investors investment and SEC just watch that and do nothing. Here is a poor guy name DF which had civil case then they added federal case to his case ended up in jail for 18 months. I blame the US government from top to bottom. I don't care if you are Dem or Rep.
