SEASON’S GREETINGS: A MESSAGE FROM THE CEO
Wyoming / Sousse, December 16th, 2016 – PM&E Inc. (OTC: PMEA) is pleased to release a message from the CEO:
SEASON’S GREETINGS – WORD OF THE CEO
The holiday season gives us all a time to reflect on the past year. On behalf of everyone at PM&E Inc., I would like to offer our very best wishes for the forth coming festive season to all our customers, partners and shareholders, may the season bring you joy!
Looking ahead, as a small update on the previously mentioned merger, we are at the end phase and will be happy to release the news when it is completed.
In addition we have been in negotiations with a funding group, and are working on closing on some financing for the company, in order pursue its planned business goals and milestones.
Lastly, the board and its majority shareholders are currently working with its council, on designing a lock-up and leak-out agreement, as they feel they want to demonstrate to shareholders and potential investors the commitment and confidence that directors, management and certain major shareholders have in the future of PM&E Inc.
In conclusion, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to you and your family for a safe, healthy and happy holiday season and a wonderful new year!
