I just wrote a very long response to your post but lost it - I don't have time to repeat it.
In brief, the waiting period now in the .0013>.0017 range is similar to the one in 2014 for several weeks in the .0015>.0021 range - see sticky #943. People who failed to load when they had the chance suddenly found themselves having to pay double in the .0030>.0050 range to get in before the .01 break.
With no dilution selling from the company, longs control most of the shares and will be limiting what they make available in the .0020>.01 range.
The dates you picked in early November equated to about 10M>12M per .0001 rise.
12M in quick repeat hits on the ask now would probably get a rise in pps of .0002>.0003.
