I see no harm, and possibly some benefit, in mentioning the technologies to people you know in various companies or to those who know people who could be interested.
I've never seen the statement by NNLX about harassment of clients done by people claiming to be shareholders, but my understanding is that the EPA, Battelle, and the media representative at UTHSC Houston were all contacted by people trying to GAIN information so they could benefit by trading.
What you suggest is diametrically opposed to that motive. You advocate GIVING information to potential users. I'm all for it. As I said in an earlier post, I tried more than once to get our hospital interested in the NNLX petri FlatPack but so far nothing's happened. I hope that will change with the N-Assay coming out soon.
