No, It was a personal observation to the behavior of Managers that could not exceed their "Bonus Compensation" for the current year. I saw a couple of managers "Sandbag". It happens. They simply placed a few contracts that came in in the month of November. Then forecast they would get the business when we were doing the "Rollup" for the next year padding their "Bonus" compensation.
