If the financial statements of the registrant and its subsidiaries consolidated in the annual report filed or to be filed with the Commission are not required to be audited, the financial statements required by this paragraph may be audited. We have a 10Q since the 10K and there is relevant financial information and another 10Q due Feb 15just before the shareholders meeting.. The last 10K generally will meet the requirement provided no additional cash flows have occurred. QMC has 2 contracts of which we really do not know the details/Revenues created since that time period.
