I can't see why NTEK would even pay anything for c

I see UF as a Utilty Streaming Provider....
Ntek negotiates with Content owner whatever percentage to stream and the cost of rental......
Even if Content owner wants a 95/5 split @ 4.99 rental, they control the pricing.
Now in return NTEK negotiates a commercial deal from 4K Studios. NTEK can offer higher revenues from commercials for a larger percentage of the streaming.
The key to UF business model is to offer free streaming ala carte with Commercials.
The content owners must understand not to get greedy and charge high rentals but to keep it affordable and make it up $$$$ in volume to a global market and also share $$$$ on the commercial revenues as well.
This is the game changer.... Content owners will now receive direct revenues from Commercials cutting their cord with the middle guy....
If streaming is becoming the way of the future, Commercials will be a big part of it as well.
It make sense.... this is how I see it !!!!
JMHO !!!!
