$TXHD ~ Aspire Consulting Group, which is 49% owned by the Company, has signed Teaming Agreements with Northrop Grumman and Tech Mahindra to work on projects in the commercial and federal sectors as a strategic subcontractor.
Aspire considers these two agreements with large established companies as a breakthrough in the implementation of its business plan, and both of which are expected to offer significant long-term growth opportunities for Aspire going forward.
