At the risk of getting my head bitten off, I would like to make an observation as far as the back and forth on the board today.

I understand folks asking questions in the spirit of information sharing and, if asked in a proper manner, deserve a respectful answer.

That being said, everyone on this board has access to the same information. Asking the same question repeatedly is annoying and basically agitating; hence, the label of Agitator.

I have observed the passive /aggressive way some questions are asked. For example, an opinion (usually negative) will be stated, and then the question will be asked. Or maybe, that’s aggressive / passive. lol In any event, it starts a firestorm and gets everybody all upset and off topic - which is exactly the desired result. People start cursing and throw insults and so on and so on. It’s completely unnecessary and time consuming. Again…. the desired result.

My suggestion, in my humble opinion, (wink, wink) is to advise those with questions or concerns to contact the IR at ir@tpacbearings.com . Request a phone call with James. Don’t take my word for it, C it from jayrite! That way, there is no shaming, insulting or negativity overshadowing the board.

We are all shareholders. And as such, we want to realize a return on our investments. Let’s face it, we all invested in an over-priced stock and now that it is finally, finally making progress, folks are complaining that they are tired of hearing S7 ramble on and on, and to show a leap of faith.

We want this board to set the bar for professionalism and attract new investors which will only benefit us, the shareholders.

I plan on just ignoring posts of this manner, I will not reply to them directly and only pay attention to the constructive posts so that we may have a constructive conversation in a comfortable online community.
