So let me ask you a question. If the stock goes to .10 and you decide not to sell because you think it will hit .20. Is that fair to say? So when you hold at .10, you have the same amount of cash in your pocket as .035 which is none because you are holding stock for the future. Unless your plan was to sell out before the end of year, holding costs you the same.
