Regardless of the perceived intent of the question/poster - no one has yet answered the question. Rather, just attack the poster.
How many shares have been bought back YTD by company/IR/FR/Global etc.?
That is a rather pertinent question that certainly isnt obvious to anyone trying to decipher what is coming out of IR.
How many shares?
Either provide an answer that is X amount, say you dont know, or say that number hasnt been released? Why is that so difficult?
As far as waiting for 8K or not 10K - shareholders may not have time. AS is quickly being reached. Is that the trigger for buyback? VNDM has backed off but is still on ASK. They have done this several times since the downward spiral. When volume returns - they have historically come back.
