Bionor Pharma ASA announces share capital increase

BIONOR PHARMA ASA STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT (Oslo, Norway, 13 December 2016)
Reference is made to the announcement on 1 December 2016 regarding exercise of warrants. The share capital of the Company was increased by NOK 862.40 as a consequence of the warrant exercise. The new share capital of the Company has now been registered in the Company Register (Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is NOK 138,567,772.10 divided into 1,385,677,721 shares with a par value of NOK 0.10.
