Share cancellation and capital increase
On the 9th of December 2016, SOCIETE BIC's Board of Directors decided, pursuant to the authorization granted by the Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on the 18 th of May 2016, to:
- cancel 451,339 shares,
- increase the number of shares by 41,339 shares due to the exercise of stock subscription options since the 1 st of December, 2015.
Upon completion of these transactions, the common stock of SOCIETE BIC is made up of 47,524,132 shares.
