KUDOS to Craig! I like the fact that he is proactive. Imagine my surprise today, when working on home repars in GA I got a call from
Craig. We talked ~20-30minutes.
LOL, he had rather have phone calls than speculation. I said I'd encourage others to call, (281.678.8524). We, both would
rather an investor be informed and possibly stay than leave because of lack of information or understanding.
He's a lot like us, except he took a paycut to work w/QMC. He also invested $100K coming in. Like many of us, his family members have
also added to the pot in QMC.
I did talk about some of our concerns and I think he will try to address them. One such concern, (knowing we'd need revenues/contract to uplist) was after we got news whether he'd allow time for that news to be baked in before considering RS? Yes
He did mention Debentures as another possible route vs preferred.
What are the differences between preference shares and debentures?

I did allow simple is good when explaining as most were not from his background and some things he takes for granted may
spook some. I also gather our questions and speculation may spook him. He has family & funds, (substantial, imo) invested in QMC
too. Like us, he takes that investment seriously. I like that.
Though I am one that still question things, I did tell him, I'll wait to see what he does.
He walked tall, seemed to shoot straight, was proactive and willing to help address concerns. I'll watch his footstps, and hope one day we be friends.
