We are as anxious as you to see a buyback occur, even if only for good faith gesturing at this point, but to buy back 1/2 billion shares right now won't do much to the PPS.
Keep the $$$ in the MRVB and let it keep compounding. They seem to be turning chicken scratch into chicken salad somehow. Right now that $$ is translating into more buying power.
In a few months from now they can pull out a measily $100k and buy back 70% of the shares(if my math is right?).
We will also be seeing income from the 13.5m BTL agreement and others.

The Share Reduction incentive was tracked for early 2017.
Short of Bill taking fake pictures, and and standing under a Boeing logo, I have to believe he is trying to make something real happen here. Whether he succeeds or not we shall see, but we will know soon enough.
