I'd think that would include a premium. The company needs to give a better explanation as to whether they see QMC as a potential
cash cow and why,.....otherwise a takeover premium may sound better w/o better information w/whence to make a decision.
We can't have it both ways; that yes it has the real potential; but it has so little that we may need a 20 to 1 RS.
If they said it would only be as great as needed to uplist, people would feel more comfortable......nor would I expect
one. If there were, think it'd be no more than (1.5 - 2) for 1
The reason of course so far has been to get off the OTC. We get that but; Calculate cost @ $34/gm price of $100/gm and 30 PE w/600M shares and explain
the need from that point going forward.
Were we to get to Naz or some other, does anyone think 100M shares will be enough to meet the needs of Financial
Instituitions of Golman Sachs, Blackstone,......the list goes on. I'd think the answer is No. I like the initial
response that everyone would take the same haircut. However, I expect the AS would remain @ 601M shares.
I'm looking forward to an update and explanation from QMC soon.
