Great Basin received the first-time recognition from Utah Business Magazine in the medium-sized company category, for companies with 100 to 500 employees.

Companies across Utah entered a rigorous selection process to compete for the Best Companies to Work For recognition. Competing companies were evaluated on a review of benefits, pay, fairness, opportunities, as well as corporate culture and internal communications. The process also included an anonymous and voluntary employee survey of at least 50% of each company’s employees. A combined score determined winners. Companies who received top honors were those that recognized talent and achievement, had low turnover, and received high marks from employees.
