FB and Twitter are social platforms, not business

Just because it's legal to use them according to the SEC, doesn't make it appropriate. Also, HJOE censors who can and cannot see these two platforms. It's not publicly disseminated information.
Social media is a great secondary source of marketing for a company, but as I wrote, it should NOT be the ONLY source. People seem to misunderstand this point.
I am NOT saying don't use social media. I am saying real companies don't exclusively ONLY use social media to inform their shareholders. You don't see Coca Cola tweeting "We got your back" and that's it, about a legal proceeding.
Proper communication with us, the owners of the company, is mandatory. HJOE has not done a good job of this. Some shareholders like being in the dark and put 100% faith in management. This post doesn't apply to you so scroll on by.
However, many of us want to be informed. Properly informed with detailed explanations of what's happening to our investment.
I already wrote that, of course, they cannot give details about the court proceedings in real time. I'm talking about before and afterwards.
It's a simple point, I'm confused how it keeps getting twisted around.
