The Austrian presentation announced that they are already manufacturing HS-120... the ComPACT version of HS-110 for NSCLC. And the last Conference Call announced that "soon" or "very soon" ComPACT will be in the clinic. This technology adds a powerful co-stimulator without adding toxicity.
I expect they will add several multi-combination arms to the DURGA trial. It was set up to have multiple arms. HS-110 has shown itself to be safe and produced a significant immune response. HS-120 and future combinations are expected to be equally safe and several times as powerful. Have alook at the great preclinical results of the ComPACT technology.
