I'm (for the mostpart) in agreement with you Crunch. While I'm certainly no fan of R/S's or the perils of Preferred's (I'd rather get kicked in the nuts, repeatedly), I agree that we should tone down this hot-button topic for awhile to let the company refine the proxy, better show its cards & make their case as to how & why this is all considered essential to success. I too feel the dialogue is warranted but has turned somewhat combative, which serves no one. That's not to say we shouldn't be prepared to defend our collective interests if endangered. But although healthy for the mostpart, I can see where Newbee's could be (undeservedly[?]) turned-off by the increasingly rancid flavor of the dialogue , which could conceivably cancel-out any pps gains resulting from upcoming newsbytes...no matter how terrific. As things stand now , with the negative sentiment being what it is, they could probably announce a hefty supply contract with Samsung & the pps would flatline. As always...it's on the company to get this right, the first time.
