okay folks I'm going to offer some help here to answer questions as best I can.
I am a retired CFP/VP of wealth management at a Major us bank for 30 yrs.
As a Financial Planner/asset manager I reviewed proxies for clients all the time.
Its so frustrating to watch the slinging of BS on these boards when the truth is (like it or not) Nobody knows what their talking about.
I'm not concerned about pissing people off either, I'm concerned about OUR MONEY!! PERIOD
Ive said in PM and through other posters that we dont even have all the info since the preferreds are not even DEFINED in the Pre 14a.
ONE LAST TIME.....WAIT FOR THE DEF 14A and then lets talk here not THERE.
Unless you want to turn off EVERY NEW investor that may peek at the BOARDS.
The stock will drift because people will see the dissention amongst US!!
Especially when some people are just pulling posts out of their respective asses without knowing at all what they are talking about!!
