As a result of an email I wrote this afternoon to Mr. Irving, RENU Exec. V.P., regarding RENU's website, company news, and the names/emails of RENU's Board of Directors, here was his courteous and respectful reply to me: 

"Yes, many of the posters on IHUB do regularly contact me. I really understand your frustration because I too share it. The company has been purposefully keeping silent. There was an erroneous post that today the site would go live, but obviously that wasn’t correct. All I can say is that I speak with James frequently and convey the frustration from the shareholders. He understands, but he has a group of very serious individuals from Wall Street that are advising him to keep quiet until he is ready to unveil the website and direction of the company. Until then, even I have no say. I do know about recent developments and I am very excited to announce them when he is ready, but I am not the CEO and can only wait. 

You mention your extensive experience in this field (public relations), so I know you must have dealt with situations similar to this. It is hard when you are an IR guy, to not do much in the way of IR-ing!! 

I do not have any names or numbers of the board members and until the company becomes a reporting issuer you will have to wait for that information to become public."
