Delivery of shares and bonds - payment date for consent fee
Reference is made to the announcement made today regarding the completion of the financial restructuring of Rem Offshore ASA ("REM") and the completed triangular merger with Solship Invest 1 AS. All shares and bonds issued in connection with the financial restructuring has today been delivered to the respective investors' accounts in the VPS. The consent fee is scheduled to be paid to the bondholders on 14 December 2016.
This announcement is subject to the disclosure obligations of the NSTA section 5-12.
