SPEAKING OF MONEY: I'M NOT A FAN OF REVERSE SPLIT

Take this last article: Quantum Materials Ships Quantum Dot Sample Sets
http://www.displaydaily.com/index.php?option=...temid=1016
Some Data Points:
1. end of November, QMC announced that it is shipping high performance red and green cadmium-free quantum dot (CFQD) sample sets to display film manufacturers.
.....I imagine some would be paid for while others not, (as in companies that have already done some intial testing; other companies just beginning)
2. Kenji Shimada, President of Uniglobe Kisco, Inc., said "Our own rigorous testing has shown product specifications for
[QMC's] cadmium-free quantum dots to be at or beyond what is currently available in the market today,
and their innovative high-volume production technology gives us confidence in the company’s ability to fulfill demand as the market for quantum-dot-enabled films for displays grows.”
....Confirmed 3rd Party Validation: a Mkt Proof, if you will
3. Uniglobe Kisco acts as a value-add distributor for QMC in Japan, providing services that include independent testing of QMC products for Kisco's customers.
....Validates and expands Mkt to other companies
4. Separately, QMC has entered into a common stock purchase agreement with an institutional investor that will allow QMC to raise up to $9.75 million through the
sale of common stock to provide "the financing to bring our advanced materials to market."
....you know what they say about; "To Good To Be True", so given the terms of that agreement does anyone think it may have been made with Preferred Stock in mind?
We have heard that Preferred Stock may be sold to financial institutions or some such. Are company people involved w/said institutions, dk.
5. Peruvemba continued, "Our plan remains to begin shipping commercial quantities of quantum dots in the first part of 2017.”
....this has been the intent, (of course we're reminded of missed milestones before, however data points are popping up which indicate it may actually happen)
6. CES might be a bit early, but I will be looking for a QMC-dotted TV set at SID Display Week in May. - Ken Werner
....enough Data Points have emerged, that Ken will be looking. He's not been one to sugar coat things in the past and doubt that he is now.

The Data Points seem to indicate we are on the cusp of.
Given the output capacity of 1 MR, (and if QDs are as valuable as the mkt seems to indicate) and taking into account the $9.75M financing; Why would we need to RS
and diminish our potential wealth?
I know some will say your net value is the same, as in a 100 share @ .01 = $1 or you could have RS and reduce 100 shares
down to 1 and 1 share would equal $1. Yes, that's absolutely right, but I like my numbers and Here's Why: I have more flexibility and liquidity, (as it's easier to sell smaller units than large). If there a FS, I have many more shares net. With a RS; We have No Assurance that'll we'll get any shares even if AS is increased
again, so I'd much rather keep the shares I paid for. Maybe we'll get some FS Vs AS doesn't cut it. We have No Assurance of anything for the Share Holder; just a Maybe upon uplisting more people may invest and maybe we'll make a few dollars. One of the reasons I invested in QMC was because I wanted to make more money than I would need. I haven't heard anything from the company that would suggest to me that this would be so w/a RS. There is much more hope for that happening keeping the shares I have. The AS number may make it more awkward to uplist; but it also acts a deterrent to another AS of which you have no part of. We haven't heard of consideration(s) for the SH; just wants. I'd rather they be hunger; than fat off of SH labor.
Does anyone think w/AS of 100M and QMC getting large contracts, that the AS will not be raised? No Guarantee; Nothing to hang a hat on or my money.
Does anyone think sp will not rise w/Large contracts?
Some will say: We need to get off the QTC where machinations and manipulation abounds. Strange, not long ago I heard some that thought QMC sp was being gamed, (though 2 have mentioned how they did mess w/sp a little) that the mkt demand just wasn't there and the mkt was based on supply and demand, (and it seemed anything else was fantasy of the naïve).
Regardless, We Know the Mkt Rewards Performance. Why is it such an Imperative that we jump from the OTC Right Now Vs Growing QMC Organically and Keeping Our Potential Wealth? It isn't, imo and I have no information to my satisfaction to prove otherwise.
If we're as close as the data points seem to indicate; Why give away potential Dollars you've put a lot of time and money into get.
I'm on the NO RS pg
