Yeah, plus the major voting rights (so it is 400 per preferred class A share), and I forgot all about this initial handshake with Lily Li that's in the annual report:
On May 11, 2016, the Company issued a warrant to an individual in recognition of her efforts in expanding our distribution in both the Northeast section of the
