Yes so pretty much we have spent a whole bunch of money buying crappy equipment and have wasted a whole bunch of time trying to do things we weren't capable of.  Thats another way to look at it.  Hope things are turning around soon because until then it seems like we are still waiting on magic.  I understand this is business but essentially this year was a waste.  Yes we have more leases but if they aren't producers which is the trend then we just have non-income assets.  Just a little frustrated that's all.
