In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April, 2014, on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Commission Implementation Regulation (EU) 2016/1055 of 29 June, 2016, laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the technical means for appropriate public disclosure of inside information and for delaying the public disclosure of inside information in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the information disclosure rules of Nasdaq Riga and Section 6.2 of SIA „Acme Corporation” Bond Prospectus of 29 June, 2010, as amended, 

the issuer, SIA „Acme Corporation” (the „ Issuer ”), hereby communicates the following inside information:

On 06 December, 2016, SIA „Neatkarīgā patentu aģentūra”, registration number: 40003391818,  („ NPA ”) has concluded a Loan Agreement (the – „ Loan Agreement ”) with the Issuer that foresees that at the Issuer’s request NPA will grant a loan to the Issuer up to the amount of EUR 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand Euros and 00 euro cents).

The Issuer will make repayment of all received loan amount and accrued interest until the end of the Loan Agreement closing date that is until 06 December, 2019, inclusive. The loan interest rate is 3% a year + 12 months EURIBOR.

The loan will be granted to the Issuer in order to purchase all outstanding bonds (ISIN: LV0000800787).
