PUBLICATION OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 2017 OF UUTECHNIC GROUP
Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj will publish the financial statements bulletin from the fiscal year 1.1. – 31.12.2016 on Monday February 27, 2017.
The interim reports and half-year reports from year 2017 will be published as follows:
Interim report 1.1.-31.3.2017 on Friday April 28, 2017
Half-year report 1.1.-30.6.2017 on Friday July 28, 2017
Interim report 1.1.-30.9.2017 on Friday October 27, 2017
The Annual report of Uutechnic Group will be published in electronic format on Uutechnic Group’s web site on week 10/2017.
Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday March 30, 2017. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting later.
A shareholder, who wishes to request a matter to be put on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, must notify the Board of Directors in writing by February 10, 2017 either by sending such request by mail to Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj, Muottitie 2, 23500 Uusikaupunki to the attention of Leena Junninen or by email leena.junninen@uutechnic.fi.
