The INSULIN invented in 1921 still works just as good NOW as then yet they invent new and improved to up the price. Also reasons given were that they need to UP the prices on old drugs to help pay for NEW DRUG research and development to yet again overcharge. We the consumers are screwed. Those that loose their insurance and resonable co-pay benefits can be in deep trouble financially when its a must have medication.
