Anyone else tired of hearing about the fiscal clif

Anyone else tired of hearing about the fiscal cliff? I am tired of politicians. I love history, and in particular early colonial American history . . . now those were real men with courage, spunk, ideals, a vision for ALL Americans. If this fiscal cliff included a provision that all these self-absorbed politicians would not receive a "salary" unless a deal was complete, it would have been  a "done deal" months ago. Unfortunately, that is how far we have come as a country . . . it's all about "me!"
