you state a big point quite well "I think we will reap many multiples from the current SP r/s or not." I agree wholeheartedly, which in turn begs the question why the need for QMC's current proposal(s) as is?
We have this one chance as sh to get this right, imo. After Del inc.,
it'll be a lot steeper Mountain to climb. Therefore, I believe it's worth the time and effort to dissect this proposal to the bare bones.
It's your $ and your future $$, (or lack thereof) that's on the line.
If any of you have other knowledge as to why the current proposal is a great deal, please feel free to post or send a pm.
