.....did note there is no clause wrt a FS; it could just as easily be another AS from that point, imo
Everyone wants to make some $$
I view QMC's proposal as a business proposition, because it is our $$ we're dealing and voting with.
We know their current wants and terms.
What do we have on our side of the equation besides a vote of yes or no?
As a Business transaction the current state of affairs seem rather one-sided to me.
