i have been a supporter of $CDNL for along time but no longer. The unending delays have finally taken there toll. The final straw for me is the emergence of Agua Saludable Group as a charity that is assisting in trying to get clean water to those in need, they have a gofundme page with $500 pledged "seriously"
back in October 2015 the unit was shipped to Panama and Agua Saludable Group was described as cardinals latin america distributor, now its involved in the the China installation?

Not a single unit since the initial test unit has been sent to Panama it was all it seems hot air. The scheme to provide a first nation canadian tribe and haiti seems like pie in the sky as well.
