Eolus announces the sale of wind farm Hästhalla H

Today Eolus entered into an agreement for the sale of the operating wind farm Hästhalla to a fund managed by Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI) for a consideration of EUR 6.5 million. Wind farm Hästhalla comprises of four Enercon wind turbines that was commissioned in 2012. Eolus will operate the wind farm on behalf of AllianzGI under an asset management contract. -We are proud to enter our first agreement with AllianzGI, which is an important player regarding investments in renewable energy.
