So to those I would say, please, don't keep your thoughts to yourself. Create an account, voice your opinions here - HQ wants to know. They want to know what the shareholders expect of this company as far as open, transparent communication. It's easy for management to get caught up in day-to-day activities and not see the real world. That was one of Igor's flaws. But Tony understands how the old management team didn't do its job. They had the puzzle, but they couldn't put the pieces together.
I remember going to the SH meetings and seeing the guys shake their heads as Igor stumbled with his drawn-out speeches, especially during the last SH meeting...that one was a fucking trainwreck. As soon as Tony and Sheryl started talking, the room woke up. This is what we should expect from the new CEO. Intelligent leadership, not the usual nervous, hesitant attitude we've gotten used to over the past many years.
You guys really are in for quite a treat with the new management. Kalitta is a big fucking deal. It's just words right now, I get that. But if you wait...and wait...and wait....eventually you'll be chasing this thing for more than you can afford.
