Illest, I believe HauteVape is just a line of products, branded a particular way by Cheryl and the whole program is under the umbrella of MCM, which itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of RFMK. If you go to HauteVape.com it redirects to MCM's website. So, yes, it is a part of RFMK, RFMK owns MCM and thus owns HauteVape.
