TPAC stock offerings PE Internal PPS/MPPS status overvalued. Corrections Necessary.
Plan of Action
FR drafts a plan of action (POA) to use alternative financing methods that support TPAC's financial outlook for 36-months. The design intends to eliminate negative financial conditions (see summary of findings) during the 36-month reconstruction phase.

FR is working with Alternative Financial Solutions to design TPAC’s Share Reduction Competitive Loop construct.
This construct consists of three broker accounts configured as Cash, 2x leverage, and 4x leverage.
Cash brokerage accounts are used as an acquisition container for large amounts of capital stored in the position fund (PF) solely to make the acquisition of TPAC shares from the open market.
