The 3 States that provide the best Corporate Prote

Currently all shares in existence have equal weight. 1 Share 1 Vote. I happen to like the current Management but I am not in favor of "All of Us Share Holders" having a lesser collective say in our destiny providing the checks and balances for Management to include the Board of Directors. If you add the number of shares Jamis is coming up with to the number of shares that Management has, no one entity can position themselves for a Hostile take Over.
As we all noticed the abrupt change of direction from the proxy initial listing, there was extremely "Poor Definition". They did not even show common courtesy to Name who was going to be voted into the Board of Directors. They read all of our posts quickly realizing they made a big mistake. We quickly received a new Clearly defined Proxy.
As I placed in my Posts (Over there) "Improve share holder value" by 1) a "Stock buy back program"....2) "Increase Top Line Growth through contract sales.....3) "Improve Net Gain Productivity : All for a start.
If we get a PR of a couple of "Contracts" and a first Quarterly showing "Significant Q/Q revenue growth" we could end up at >=$3.00 and it really kicks into gear.
Of the 10,000 "Global Hedge Funds" listed today they can "Buy in at $2.00 a sh. Many don't like to. The demand will not take long to get it to $5.00 a share where the "Mutual Funds" can start buying in. There are many Mutual funds that cannot own anything less than $10.00 . A good example of that was what happened to General Electric going down to $5.00 in March of 2009 . Several Mutual Funds have in their By-Laws they must "Divest any Position Less that $10.00 /sh in value" and replace it with one >$10.00.
My initial approach was to cause Management to Pause and think of what they were doing. As I have countered to almost all arguments on the "Reverse Split", the examples that were cited were already on NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ...not on OTC. Penny stocks that historically performed the R/S did not perform well from there.
My Position is simple. You can adopt a poison Pill to avoid Buy Outs/ Hostile Takeovers...My family and I held shares of Alaska Airlines when they did it successfully....Most Importantly "Grow Your Business".
The key for me has always been"500 DEGREES AND CADMIUM FREE" and I believe there more Manufacturers than just Uniglobe Kisco that have evaluated QMC's product and ability to deliver. Not to mention the fact that there are still some 35 NDA's still outstanding ,yet to be heard of.
It is imperative to maintain a good dialog and let Management know how their processes are viewed. there is so much I understand they cannot divulge nor discuss. It is also about what share holders collectively have to go on .
Respectively
