Can anyone get clarification of the term "nominated" to drill the 21 wells in W. Texas stated in today's PR? Nominated is not quite a contractual agreement. I'd feel better with a PR that stated TNC was awarded a contract to do the work. Here's hoping this comes to fruition. TECO long. 2+mil
