19 Restaurants shouuld raise the market cap 10 million dollars. 180,000 market cap now.
The shell value of a NASDAQ company is 600,000 dollars. If we just trade at shell value this is a triple and trading at .003.

There's only 180,000,000 shares outstanding and you can pick up a million shares for 1,000 dollars. TXHD trading at .0009 looks like manipulation to me..looking for a short squeeze here!
